By downloading or using Cortex ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Use of the App

Cortex is a puzzle game intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reverse      engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use      the App for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute      or resell any part of the App or its content

In-App Purchases

Cortex offers optional credit packs for purchase. Credits can be used to unlock hints within the game. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

• All      sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law or the      platform's refund policy.
• Credits      are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Credits      are tied to your device/account and may not carry over if you switch      platforms.

Intellectual Property

All content in Cortex — including puzzles, graphics, design, and code — is the property of Anad World and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App.

Disclaimer

Cortex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
