By downloading, installing, or using the Overlap – Holiday Calendar application ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Overlap – Holiday Calendar provides information about public holidays and school holidays. The App enables users to:

• View public holidays for between one and five countries simultaneously
• Compare holidays across multiple countries and identify overlapping dates
• Discover long weekend opportunities, including bridge days and consecutive holiday streaks
• Browse school holiday schedules for over 30 European countries, with regional filtering
• Save favourite long weekends for easy access
• Receive push notification reminders before upcoming saved holidays
• Add individual holidays or entire saved long weekends to your personal calendar
• View monthly calendar previews with highlighted opportunities
• Share holiday details with others

3. Accuracy of Information

While we endeavour to provide accurate holiday information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Public holiday dates are sourced from the Nager.Date API, and school holiday dates are obtained from the OpenHolidaysAPI. Dates are subject to change due to government decisions, religious observations, or other factors. Users are advised to verify important dates through official sources.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or impede any other party's use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, along with its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Overlap – Holiday Calendar and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OVERLAP – HOLIDAY CALENDAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
